If you haven't signed up for the YMCA CHOK "Under" the Bridge Race for either the 5k or 10k, please do so with raceroster.com. April is also "Refer a Friend" month where you can earn dollars toward your next race with them. Also on that website is a section for Volunteers, Please register there and let them know where or what you wish to do. We will need all positions plus cyclists as this race is all on the path system and we wish to keep all athletes safe. Remember, parents/grandparents/siblings/etc. there is a FREE 1k Healthy Kids event immediately following the race around the Terry Loops.
How is everyone feeling/doing with their training plans/goals and overall body strengths? Weather is great so get on your bike, walk, swim and do some cross training to keep yourself strong. We all know the benefits of doing this so make that commitment and find a buddy to keep you honest.
