This morning I was in 2 different settings. I did a hour walk with a friend along Centennial waterfront then went to Bright's Grove and heading into Mike Weir ran into another friend and we walked, ran, caught up for about an hour and a half along the trail and waterfront. We have such great trail systems along 3 different waterfronts mixed in with roadways, sidewalk and paths. There is NO excuse on why you are not outside riding, running and or walking to get at least 30 mins of exercise. Come on people, 30 mins on the way to better YOU, a healthier YOU and an athletic YOU. Is it that hard to find it? I have kids, I do drive them everywhere. They are involved in all kinds of things but I still find that time whether it is 6am or 6pm, I am looking for it. Sanity, happier, healthier ME is such a great thing not just for myself, but for any who come in contact with me. Make a CHOICE and stick to it. We can help you down that path. All you need to do is SHOW UP.
