NEXT WEEKEND = On Saturday Feb 22nd we will be running from a new location for the day = everyone - there will be no run out of OnEdge Fitness on the 22nd of February.
Sharon and Rolf Hauckwitz will be our hosts for a run starting from their house at 161 Moore Line at 8AM. They will be supplying 2 kinds of soup plus veg chili w/ meat to add, plus bagels, chocolate milk, coffee and tea. If anyone wants to bring something, that's okay but not necessary. Half Marathon training that day will be 10KM tapering and ATB will be 25 KM hence 2 - 2 1/2 hours - planning to be back at Rolf and Sharron's between 10 and 10:30 AM. Any FoF members who may be taking time off due to injury or who might be doing C25K or simply running in Sarnia are welcome to arrive between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. This is MUST DO event to attend....lots of fun and great camaraderie. You can start early or late to make sure you are there when most of the people are back - OR start at the regular 8AM time, since Stef and Myself will be running only the 10K = 1 hour 15 minutes approximate so we can keep you entertained until the main troops return.
TO BE FAIR TO ROLF AND SHARON WE NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY WILL BE ATTENDING (we hope everyone) HENCE PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO firstname.lastname@example.org TO TELL US THAT YOU WILL BE THERE.
