Speaking of fall training - Thanks for your patience. Plans will be going up as the final changes are being made. There is a requirement we are asking of you that will help us do the final changes. For those that are not running this weekend we need you to do a 5k time trial at your maximum level. You can do this with me on Wednesday or Saturday or when you can fit it in this week, (the sooner the better). There is also the Boys Home this Sunday, Do the 5k there at your maximum effort. (yes, that means you will not be able to talk as you will be concentrating on breathing and everyone runs their OWN pace)You can then email us your time. This will help set your pace for all your runs. We will also repeat this to track your progress. As always, ask questions if you are not sure. The plans will be built with a 6 day run week but you will choose within those days which you can run, cross train and rest. This is your goal so lets work together on getting you there.
As of right now we are working on Chicago Marathon, Detroit Marathon with the half. Have we missed a race that you are doing? We need to know so we can build one for that.
