Going back to the marathon, yes it's on in the background as I type. My friend, Lanni is running and what an inspiration she is. Never gives up. Some of us have been struggling with inspiration and doing as little if not nothing this summer. I have stuck with my 5k's not venturing over and have been ok with it however this pass week I have come to the realization that I need to do a touch more. Soo, this morning on our run, I verbalize, out loud to Dennis and Jim, who will hold me accountable, to start increasing my runs. Yes, I will keep in close touch with my spine and hips to ensure that I don't overdue it but there is a possible half marathon in 2017 if my "dream team' of Dave (physio) with Eric (massage) keep my body loose and aligned as well as getting back into strength training and yoga. So, who would like to train with, could use extra teammates as well as some thoughts on what half we should do together. I will leave it up to you.
Dick should be if not already finishing up his 600km bike ride. Congrats Dick.
