Here we go folks: GSA - (Great Sarnia Area) was well represented. In Ottawa, our very own Chuck ran the half and there were a few others as well. I know heat was a factor for Saturday night's events but our Canadian Olympic ladies did it and all placed Top 3. Congrats to all who ran there. Another accomplishment was met in South Africa at the Commrades. Four of our GSA runners went over to participate. Not only did they participate, they knocked it right out of the park. I followed the updates and man what a awesome experience. Tim Westaway with Fred Unternahrer received bronze medals and Ken Walker with Dick Felton received finishers. Yes you heard, They completed within the required time and with time to spare. Congrats and what an honor. Can't wait for pictures, stories with shirts and medals. Be safe
