Would love to see you, outside that is. Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday and Sunday at 8am. Of course, breakfast after Sunday runs. What could possibly be wrong with a little bacon after a week of running? Not a thing, I tell ya.
So, Sunday, Jan 31st is the PoHo Hot Cocoa Run, Yep it is. I'm in and so are about 10 others that I know of, Why aren't you. Running or Walking, Chocolate and yep breakfast. Isn't that why we run? Fun, friendship and a whole lot of food. Come join me and the crew and run or walk. Yes, I am only doing 5k, this is the year of 5k and 1 10 miler. Which one, you ask? CRIM. Get on it.
Training - we have that for all of you that have your goals posted on your calendar. Why struggle on your own? We have a plan strictly for you, not everyone under the same umbrella. You are your own person, meaning pace, struggles, goals, fun, pace and overall running. Come join us, ask questions, talk about it with all the others that are running too. You will be surprised that more of us have the same joys, struggles and overall fun like you. Be confident in yourself and please always have fun with your running.
