This week on Wednesday, a number of the runners are joining the bike ride at Blackwell Cycle at 6PM, hence there may not be a whole lot of runners at OnEdge - Loretta has agreed to show up and act as the "boss" lady for us and I would think that Maureen will also be there as well, so any of the C25K people who show up to run will be looked after as well as others. Monday night is as usual.
I started my taper this past week for Comrades on May 29th - so every part of my body hurts - I am hoping that I start to feel better soon. I have a massage, reflexology treatment (for my feet) and a physio appointment booked for this week. I will run a couple of short runs outside but will also water run and ride my bike to keep my fitness up. I am flying out on the 23rd - hence MUST get my stuff together for the trip. 89KM run is scaring the hell out of me!!!!
