Great, fabulous job to all who ran the Leprechaun Loop on Saturday in Port Huron. Too Fun. What's next? Continuous training leading up to Retina and Around the Bay. Then Mississauga and the 50 k or 89k depending who you are. Keep strong as the end results are such an accomplishment to you to let you know what your determination will do.
Bridge Race is up and moving along nicely. Yes , the bridge is in if you are doing 10k and under if you are doing 5k.
This Saturday, March 19th - Dick will be going to Arkona. You know the drill. Meet at OnEdge at 7am if you need a ride or at the ball diamond in Arkona for 8am. Loops will be done so go, hang out, enjoy the different views, hills and atmosphere and let your body adjust to the different elevations.
