Arkona is this Saturday and Dick will be there. Let us know if you are going, need a ride, meeting at the Diner (bring your cash for breakfast after) and enjoy the morning with hills. If you have never been, you should go. Loops are 5k and you can add from there. Great experience and the last big run for all that are doing Around the Bay.

First: Our Sarnia RoadRunners Club is hosting their first race of the season. Saturday, March 14th at 9am in Canatara Park on Terry's Loop. $3 and 3 options - 1k, 3k and 5k
