From what I hear, the Bridge Race was a success. I know there were some problems, however perhaps a "little" slack needs to be cut because there are always problems when a venue has changed. Everything will be back to normal next year.
I will be working on the training plans this week and should have them up shortly. Do we know what your fall race(s) plan is? (if not please email us)
This week should be relaxation and reset. Run either an 6K, 8 K or 10K on both Monday and Wednesday. Pick the distance based on how you feel you need to recover. Ultra marathons should be in taper mode and following Tim's plan. "IF" you are running the River Run or Boys home, please make sure you taper properly..
I apologize that this blog is so short. I am falling asleep after a long day (nothing to do with the glass of wine or the can of beer that I had after a hot shower (LoL)
Anyway - off to be for me. Enjoy you week of running - I am cross training like crazy here for 50K run on the 20th!!!
