This coming weekend, we will have runners competing in Niagara Falls and Houston. We'd like to wish good luck to Joan Rannie, Jeff Hodgson and Kathy Wodzinski.
With many of our athletes completing their goal races, we'll be switching over to aerobic base training for the next month or two. If you've just finished racing, the upcoming week will be a recovery one, and then you'll switch over to aerobic base training for the next month or two, depending on your winter / spring racing plans. This is a time to keep up your base running with less intensity and volume, but at the same time allow you to physically and mentally recover from all the training over the past several months.
If any of you plan to run one of our Mo' Run events, please let us know, and we'll develop training plans for these events.
We've just gotten our posters printed for Mo' Run and have these at On Edge. To help promote our event, we like to ask you to take posters to put up at your workplace, or any businesses that you frequent. Help here would be much appreciated!
