Everyone enjoying their taper time.....Brilliant isn't it... 1st full day of adjusting to time change too...How is that working for everyone.
I want to send a shout out to all that are going to OuterBanks Marathon on the 12th. Happy Birthday to Pat Cranston who will be running Saturday as her last day in her 60s and then Sunday as her 1st day and new age group of 70. You are inspiring Pat.....Good luck to the crew that will be along side you in the different distances...Can't wait to hear all about it.
