Are you injured, recovering, need a wee bit of a break? Take it and don't feel guilty about it. Yes, you have your goals and yes we have created your training schedule but I guarantee it is not cemented. We can tweak it, change it or dial it down. No race defines you, no time makes you different and definitely not worth permanent damage on your body. There is always another race or the same race but you only have one body, protect it and make the right decisions base on YOU

As for running this week: Christmas Day falls on our running Wednesday so if you want to before the extra caloric brunch and dinner happen, come join us at 8am at On Edge for a quick run.
Also, keep your Saturday morning open as the Arkona schedule will be many and if you are serious about Around the Bay then you want to go on these runs. January a new posting will happen with all the dates.
