Saturday morning Cal spoke about tips. Tips that we can give you in these next weeks whether you will be racing MoRun or in Building your Base until we roll out the plans for halves and ATB. Check yourself at least 3 times during any of your runs.
1. FORM - so important, shoulders back and down, chest wall opened up especially when we get tired
2. Using your hip and knee joints to bring your foot up not your ankle which can be a cause of shin splints. From the knee down should be loose thus allowing your foot to stick mid foot and back.
