There will be NO REGULARLY SCHEDULE RUN ON NEW YEAR'S DAY.....BUT as we've already mentioned the Resolution Run is coming up New Year's eve and the Sarnia Road Runners will have their annual run on New Year's day.....this year it will be 7k. Both of these are great ways to start out the new year.
Many people have expressed an interest in going to Arkona more often than our original once / month schedule. Below is a revised schedule. We will try to keep in touch with everyone to make sure there are enough people willing to make the trek on Saturdays - please watch the FoF Facebook page on the Friday before the run for the latest update. And for those who can't make it, we will ALWAYS have someone in Sarnia to lead the runs.

With all of the talk about New Year's resolutions right now, it's a good time for a bit of reflection. As coaches, we've asked you to think about what your running goals are, but to be fair, we must ask ourselves the same questions when it comes to the group. We're very fortunate to have such a great group of people to work with....we want to be there for YOU.....to provide you with the training programs and support to help you reach your goals....to answer your questions....to share our knowledge and new things we learn about running with you and as well to learn new things from you.....but at the same time, and perhaps most important of all.....have lots of fun doing it!
